Summary
Deep Cloner runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. It does not send data to the developer or to any third party.
Data we collect
The application itself collects none. It has no external servers, no analytics, no tracking and no callouts to external services. The developer has no access to your Salesforce org or data.
If you install Deep Cloner from its AppExchange listing, Salesforce AppExchange may share your contact details (for example your name, email address and company) with the publisher as an installation lead. The publisher uses them only to see who installs the app and to contact you about it, and does not sell them or share them with third parties. You can ask the publisher to delete them by writing to the address below.
Data stored in your org
The application stores its own configuration (maximum records per clone and a list of excluded objects) in the custom setting Deep_Cloner_Settings__c, and the selections users choose to save (object and relationship names only, no record data) in the private custom object Deep_Cloner_Template__c. Records you clone are created in your own org according to your permissions.
Data stored in your browser
The application keeps a small counter in your browser's local storage that records which related objects you selected, so it can sort the list by what you use most. It contains object and field names only, no record data and no personal data, and it is never sent anywhere.
Access control
All operations run in user mode, so Salesforce object permissions, field-level security and sharing rules apply to every user.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
